The International Information Industry Awards, hosted by Online
Information and Information World Review, celebrate the achievements of
information teams; information, knowledge and content management
projects; vendors and individual information professionals.
As a UKOLUG member, I would like to take this opportunity to invite you
to make a nomination for the 2004 awards.
Award categories include products, projects, companies, teams and
individuals and your nomination can relate to your company, a colleague,
a client or even a supplier. Have you or your team made a valuable
contribution in the past year? Would you like to praise a supplier who
has worked with you on a specific project? Whatever the sector or
specialism - we want to hear about it!
Team awards include best information/knowledge team in the public
sector; best information team in a business environment, best academic
information team, and best information team in a scientific environment.
Project awards include best intranet or extranet project and best
knowledge management project. Product and vendor awards include best
business information product, best STM information product, and best
user experience.
2003 winners included Ernst & Young Centre for Business Knowledge
Deployment Team, Knowledgeboard, Defence Science and Technology
Laboratory Knowledge Agents, and Partners Foundation / Zen Internet.
