So, 5,022 people actually voted (from a membership of approx. 23,000!!). Of 
those 5,022 votes 77% voted for option 1. That's democracy for you. Cilip 
should now be asking itself why so many did not bother to vote. Could it 
perhps have something to do with a loss of faith in the "profession"?
