I'm sure that the AUT and CILIP have been working in partnership with
each other as I put relevant names in both organisations in touch with
one another after concerns were raised locally about the transfer to a
single pay spine and the potential disappearance of academic-related
payscales.
A lot of this work (liaison etc) goes on without members being aware of
it - but that doesn't mean that we don't benefit from it.
