If there is a moderator for this list I'm not sure this should have been
allowed to be published without:
1 a clearer identity of the author
2 some facts to support an assertion that breaches acceptable
rules of
public communication. In that respect it's not unlike Kilroy-Silk's
infamous article
All African leaders?
All levels of corruption?
All funds embezzled?
All funds spent in "luxury European shops"?
Come on, please!
