Dear colleagues
Have you ever thought about doing a short volunteer secondment abroad? The
Commonwealth Service Abroad Programme (CSAP) deploys short term volunteers
and experts to commonwealth member countries for short term assignments.
We have a request from Trinidad and Tobago, one of the Commonwealth member
countries, to provide technical assistance in building the capacity of the
National Herbarium Library.
The following generous benefits package is attached to this voluntary
position; For the first 10 days, living allowance based on DSA rates for
the country of assignment; (The current DSA rates for Trinidad is USD$208
hence the total would be USD$2,080.00), GBP£500.00 One off-settling in
Grant; GBP£800.00 Monthly living allowance (pro-rata); GBP£350 per calendar
month as house allowance; Return economy fare to the country of assignment
and Personal accident insurance.
This is a wonderful opportunity for the right person. To find out if this
could be you and/or for any further details, please contact: Julius
Kaberere, Chief Programme Officer, Commonwealth Service Abroad Programme,
Commonwealth Secretariat. Email: [log in to unmask]
Best wishes
