The Google Scholar FAQ does cover the information that the library is the place to obtain access to subscription-only databases and journals. I just emailed Google on their "Contat us" link from the FAQ. I praised the product, and said that I realised it wasn't their job to tout academic libraries, but that both the libraries and the academic community would benefit greatly from info to this effect being displayed more prominently. If other people think this is a fair idea, maybe they could email Google too. Not holding my breath though.
