Similarly I've just done a search on hypothyroidism in pregnancy in the 1st
30 hits all but one were from pubmed. Which you can do in an ordinary
google seach by including pubmed in the stearch string. I was intrigued by
the ranking - is this done in the same way as ordinary google?
