I should have said that I've sent my protest to the Executive VP &
VP for publishing of the Massechusets Medical Society.
As well as pointing out the situation with NHS Net & IP, I said -
"The NHS in the UK must be one of your biggest markets after the USA. I am
sure that you would not want to disadvantage it to such an extent that we
would have to consider whether we get the service we need."
and
"This will cause extreme problems for the National Health Service in the
United Kingdom - in fact, it would not be too extreme to say that it would
render electronic access impossible"
The last time they tried it they drew back after protest - if enough people
emailed them we might be able to persuade them again.
