Have you got experience of small scale research projects? We are setting up a project to examine music resources and provision in library authorities in the SE. You will need to be able to work independently on your own initiative, managing your own time and the resources provided to bring the project to fruition. The project will involve designing and distributing questionnaires, analysing the data and writing up the findings. Office space can be provided or if you prefer you can work from your home. Support and advice will be provided by the music specialist and the requests manager. Some knowledge of library inter-loans and in an interest in the performing arts would be advantageous.
