Academic related grade 3 £28,498 - £33,679 (pay award pending)
This is an exciting post requiring a highly skilled professional to
manage the further development and organisation of the law collection, the
information resources staff and their responsibilities, and to deputise for
the Law Librarian. The post involves a diverse range of tasks from
materials acquisition and budget management to staff supervision and
general administration, as well as input to strategic planning.
The ideal candidate will possess:
· A degree in law or a related discipline together with a qualification in librarianship or information science
· Indepth knowledge of law resources, both paper and electronic
· Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
· The ability to motivate and lead a team on a range of projects
