CoFHE National Committee is changing - we have increased the number of
regional representatives to 12, a number of the present committee are
standing down and we need new people to stand.  Please consider
standing.  If you need any more information do not hesitate to get in
touch with any present member of the National Committee.

Call for Nominations


 

Nominations are invited, by 31st May 2004, for the following places on
CoFHE National Committee.  All places are tenable from June 2004 and
will be for a period of 1, 2 or 3 years (period will be decided at the
first meeting in June by drawing straws). The Regional Representatives
areas are based on the CILIP branch arrangements (and Regional
Development Agencies).


National Committee (3 places)    


All CoFHE Members are eligible to nominate and vote for National
Committee members.


Regional Representative (1 place each)

Scotland


Wales


            North West

            North East

            London

            East of England

            East Midlands

            West Midlands

South East

South West

Yorkshire and Humberside

 

Only CoFHE Members from the region in question can stand for nomination
for that region. If there is a vote only members from that region may
vote for their preferred candidate.

 


Affiliated Members Representative (1 place)


(All Affiliated Members of CILIP who are also members of CoFHE are
eligible to nominate and vote for the Affiliated Members Representative
post).

Honorary Secretary. The person nominated must be a CoFHE Member and TWO
CoFHE Members must support their nomination. Nominees are asked to
provide a manifesto of not more that 250 words.
