At the ICOLC conference in Barcelona some of the publishers (Blackwell and Springer) proposed a partially open access model for some of their journals, this means that within a journal some of the articles will be open acces, some not.. I asked DOAJ what their behaviour would be concerning these journals and the DOAJ-list. Below you will find the answer from Lotte Jorgensen which might be of interest to some of you.

Dear Hilde,
We are currently not adding "hybrid journals" to DOAJ. It is our plan to add them at a later stage but until we can keep the hybrid journal titles apart from the "real" Open Access journals they will not be added.
Kind regards,
Lotte
