A very interesting article and well worth the read.
I was wondering for those without access to the toll-access version- have
you make your article Open Access (OA) by self-archiving a version in a
suitable e-print repository?
If your institution does not have a repository may I suggest:
http://eprints.rclis.org/
And if you were wondering about copyright, Emerald is a *green* publisher,
which allows self-archiving. To check the various policies out, point your
browser to:
http://www.sherpa.ac.uk/romeo.php
I hope you take the time to make your article OA by self-archiving, which
will benefit not only you through increased readership, but also all the
potential readers who do not have access.

Theo
