My pdr report covers several different employments where I have worked but
mainly covers my two most recent employments. I understand I would have to
include job descriptions for at least these two employments. My question
is: would I have to critically appraise the strategic development plan, and
the library service objectives of both of these institutions? I have done
this for my most recent employment, which is what most of my report is
based on. Would I necessarily have to compare and contrast between the two
institutions - One institution is a small college, the other being a
Community Learning Centre. In actual fact, there are interesting compare
and contrast comments to be made, but I think it would be easier for me to
make these comments without appraising BOTH of the host institutions
strategic plans and library service objectives.
Also, if I am no longer working at the post(s) I am describing, which tense
would I write my report in - I assume it would be past - when I was writing
it last year I was working, but suppose I probably do have to go through
report and change the tenses.
Any advice on these matter would be much appreciated
