As part of my Route A program, section 2.5 states "Candidates will be
expected to participate in discussions and/or relevant groups concerned
with service quality, customer satisfaction and performance indicators.
They will also be asked to write a critique of a service with which they
are involved." So this sounds as if they are expecting the library's
performance to be evaluated. Hope this helps.

Hello all,

When I drafted all of my answers in section 2, I interpreted it as
asking me how I have gained an understanding of each particular subject.
So for 2.5 I wrote about how I and others assessed the performance of
both the library and me, as well as that of my team and the individual
areas which I am responsible for. I have not submitted yet (or done a
word count!), so I have no idea it that is right. Any other ideas?
