Whilst i'd like to second Laura's point by saying that this is not the place to discuss fee reform, could anyone be kind enough to point me in the direction of a suitable mailing list/ newsgroup/ discussion forum where it could be discussed? I've submitted my thoughts to CILIP, and recieved an 'intersting' response i'd be keen to discuss with others.
Apart from anything else, the whole it would make an excellent focus for a section on awareness of professional issues.
