You can't "demand" something without proving some benefit to your employers
Emilce. Why not actually Charter (you've been talking about it for enough years
on this list without actually doing it)

Well they are far from "average" then. They have obviously built up a good
reputation based on results (nothing stopping you from trying to build up a good
reputation too, Emilce).

I certainly wouldn't dream of paying you ten quid an hour.

When you find a library manager who thinks you're worth this investment, I'm
sure we'd all be very interested to hear Emilce. In the meantime, please do not
disparage/discourage those of us who Chartered (or who want to Charter) even
without needing to be paid to do it.
