Hi,
the BDII to use as a reference BDII in the TestZone is
lxn1189.cern.ch.
If you encounter problems with the replication you should first try on
your UI
edg-rm --vo dteam pi
one of the first things it prints (if everything is fine is:
RMC endpoint :
http://rlsdteam.cern.ch:7777/dteam/v2.2/edg-replica-metadat
a-catalog/services/edg-replica-metadata-catalog
LRC endpoint :
http://rlsdteam.cern.ch:7777/dteam/v2.2/edg-local-replica-c
atalog/services/edg-local-replica-catalog
followed by: ROS endpoint: not found
the ROS endpoint is not found because we do not use a Replica
optimization service.
If the RMC or LRC endpoint is missing it is an indication that there is
a problem with the
information system.
The next test is to find out where this is.
There are two possibilities. It could be the BDII that you use is in a
bad shape, or the site GIIS that
is publishing this information.
To find out you first do a ldap query to the GIIS at CERN
lxn1181.cern.ch on port 2135.
If the rmc and lrc endpoints are published then you query the BDII
that you use.
