Hurm. I really feel like it needs to be possible for a "regular" user
to setup a grid-ftp client in their own home directory without root
permission. Maybe they need to add their own cron jobs for CRLs and
what-not, but the clients should not require massive overhead to put in
place. Just my 2 cents.
