Hi Leslie,
For the logs, I only see about 60 jobs that were submitted to
Toronto today, and got no task from the LHCb DIRAC server since the site
was not in the mask, they should take little time to execute. Aprox 30
s. This I have corrected now.
Those 400 jobs can only be some remnant of last week problem
where large number of jobs submitted to Toronto where stuck at different
states in the RBs. If this is the case, the proxy should be expired and
no doubt the jobs should have exited immediately.
If there is a way to find out the jobid I could investigate
further.

PS. Today one of our RB was disconnected from the network due to a
security incident. I have no idea of the effect this could have had.
