Hi Andrea,
To make use of the queue time limits in minutes you need to
publish LCG-2_1_0 as "GlueHostApplicationSoftwareRunTimeEnvironment",
otherwise there is no way to distinguish between old and new sites. In
this way the jdl can be written in a way that can match both limits in
seconds and minutes.
