The updaterpms command *only* updates rpms. The software paths are not owned
by any rpms: they have to be made manually or through the "dirperm" object.
I suppose you rather meant the definition of the environment variables?
They are handled by the "lcgenv" object, which will pick up definitions like
the following in your site-cfg.h:
