Without trying to make Dan Dzurek's list exhaustive, I would add some very
useful publications by Francalanci and Scovazzi: 'Lines in the Sea',
Nijhoff, 1994; and its predecessor, which it partly superseded, 'Atlas of
the [sic] Straight Baselines', Giuffre, 1989.
