The Ricordi edition by Malipiero is still on sale. Malipiero (1970)
contains everything that's in Casella (1941). But he adds extra bars in
movements 1,2,3 and 6 ... about 6 bars in each case. The English
translation is different, but surely everybody does it in Latin anyway.
There is nothing here that can't be managed by a bit of judicious editing
on the part of conductors. We have been known to lend Malipiero parts in
conjunction with Casella vocal scores. However, we recently acquired some
Malipiero vocal scores - clearly the best solution where funds allow.
I think the Everett edition (OUP) is hire only. Our Everett set has parts
by Graulich! I don't know about the Kalmus edition.
