HEALTH IMPACT ASSESSMENT OFFICER (PLANNING)
£27,116 - £32,666 pa
You will be part of a project team working with
Liverpool City Council and Primary Care Trusts to
build capacity for Health Impact Assessment (HIA)
in Liverpool. The post is based in the City
Planning Department (main base) and in The
University of Liverpool. You will help integrate
HIA with Strategic Environmental Assessment and
Sustainability Appraisal, and participate in a
range of HIA capacity building activities.
Negotiation and communication skills are
essential. This post is available for two years.
You will have two years' recent experience of
local authority town planning and a good degree
in town planning or in a health, environmental,
or social science.
