Absolutely concur. I think monthly income lower than this year would be
hugely damaging.
Can I also ask, perhaps the whole list, what the plan is for partners who
leave part way through a year?
There are issues to do with partnership shares and issues to do with the
pension effect of Q&O payments and there does not seem to be a clear single
"correct" answer, so some collective wisdom would be greatly valued.
