I agree.
Most medicine is not life and death. Most doctors are not murders.
Some lawyers cause clients losses other than life or freedom.
Some lawyers may see killing/destoying doctors as an acceptable risk, the
inevitable collateral damage of a war on bad practice.
FWIW I share the view that most lawyers are like most doctors, fallible
people trying to earn a living in a difficult and demanding profession.
