I've always called them part 2s here in England, as have all of my colleagues -
I assuemm that I should have called them Form C. I agree with Adrian on this
one and equally I am ill at ease siging them. What is the course of action
should you not be happy siging once you have spoken to the relatives?? Before
someone suggests the coroner, I remember a similar thread here where it was
stated that the coroner was NOT interested in cremations!
