I normally ask whether the lady has any plans to be pregnant within the next
year, and if not give her 13 packs, asking her to have her blood pressure
measured some time during the year.
Any spare pills are not wasted, I think, since women have far more sense than
to throw them away, and will loan each other spare packs when needed.
