There is a mega problem with NTL in S Wales.
They cache the pages you are looking at to speed up the supposed access
times, making the broadband look faster.
It has been demonstrated on DNUK that this includes cacheing of security
information.
They deny the problem.
You are probably having things put on your credit card as well. If the
company allows delivery to an address not linked to your card, there is a
BIG (spelt b - i - g) problem here.
How can you prove you did not use your credit card and your log in details
to buy things?
Stop using NTL broadband ASAP
