My PCT's comment is:
'It is my understanding that work is going on "at the centre" to address
the question of confidentiality and disclosure of data. PCTs and practices
will undoubtedly be party to this very soon at which point the position
hopefully will be made clearer.'

Clause 473 is about the practice indemnifying the PCT. To be fair to the
PCTs, they only saw it when we did ie just before Christmas near the end of
hundreds of pages of the draft contract. Few people have read the whole
thing to the bitter end.
