Doesn't it rather depend on what is in your publication scheme (or
possibly what you [deliberately] left out).
Material in your publication scheme will probably only have a nominal
charge, if any, as your will include it in your websight. Other
questions can attract a charge proportionate to the cost of supplying
the answer (if too high you can refuse stating so)
