Those involved in clincial governance are frequently both clueless in
informatics, and inclined to brush this aside as being of no acocunt.
Whereas, without a good understnading of what information means and how to
handle it, clincial governance is a dangerous waste of time.
It does sound as though your appraiser is not the right chap, agreeable though
he might be.
