Why not use a spam response-challenge service such as the (free)
www.0spam.com? When the "out of office" reply is received, 0spam.com
automatically sends an email back to the sender inviting them to
confirm their identity as a real human being and not a spam-bot.
You don't receive the o-o-o message which is trapped by 0spam.com and it
is the sender who receives the useless piece of email.
