They have alsways been part of Community Staff workload.
Its just that wonderful GPs have taken it on for no fee
over the years.
There was advice from GMSC as it was then, now GPS, to this
effect back in about 1990.
Fay can probably produce the old documentation, I've
recently destroyed all my old LMC stuff.
