Depends which system you already have I think. I have some lovely Nikon
Lenses, therefore have my name down for the D70, not sure which to recommend
if starting from scratch...
Even the D100 seems to suffer with significant shutter lag at times, the
compact cameras make it unusable in certain circumstances.
