Subject: [GP-UK] Dementia in movies
I am doing a talk on dementia to a group of specialists in 2 weeks time and
want to move away from the usual boring powerpoint presentation to probably
using movie scenes to depict aspects of dementia and ageing eg.
King Lear's "descent into madness". I'd like to use the movie clip,
notwithstanding copyright problems, to demonstrate issues such as paranoia,
memory impairment (losing one's car), family crises around a parent's
pending admission to a frail care facility etc.
Are there any movie buffs out there who can point me to movies that depict
above scenes or similar?
