I have inherited a lot of poorly controlled diabetics as a result of the
same phenomenon.
Surely doesn't matter what the cause is, a brat child is a disadvantage to
himself as well as to the rest of society. We don't have much ADHD in the
inner
city, all the kids seem the same and because many parents are too, nobody
notices except in the most extreme cases.
