Glad that worked.
The registered image is well centred if it is well aligned
to a reference image that is centred inside its own FOV.
That is why we haven't in general worried about being able
to easily align the COV, since the standard image is well
centred and images that are registered to this end up being
centred in this new FOV without any extra steps needed.
