Hi,

I'm not particularly familiar with version 3 WS but you can always try
the redhat 9 version and see if it works.  Run the FEEDS test once
you've
downloaded it to see if it is OK.

If not, then you will need to compile a version.
This may or may not require you to install your own ImageMagick and
tcl/tk.  You can check whether the existing ones from the redhat 9
version
work by trying to run them from the $FSLDIR/bin of the redhat 9 version.
The ones to try are convert, display and tixwish.

Once you have either got these to work from the redhat9 version, or
by installing them yourself, you will need to follow the instructions
at:
   http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fsl/compiling.html

However, in addition to this you will need to do the following (before
running build):
   FSLMACHTYPE=`gcc -dumpmachine`-gcc`gcc -dumpversion`
  ln -s $FSLDIR/config/i386-redhat-linux-gcc3.2
$FSLDIR/config/$FSLMACHTYPE

Note that you should the existing $FSLDIR/config/i386-redhat-...
directory
that best matches your $FSLMACHTYPE variable.  To see the value of
this variable just do "echo $FSLMACHTYPE" after setting it.  If your
compiler
version is not exactly listed, then pick the closest one.

Once this is done you should be OK by doing:
   cd $FSLDIR ; ./build

Take note of any errors reported at the end of the build process as you
will
need to let us know about them if there is any difficulty.
