Dear Tim
Using FSL-BET, I can create nodif_brain_mask and use it in FDT .
However, you mentioned that in order to make binary masks in fslview using
file -> create mask. I tried by 'FSLview - File - Open' nodif, 'Create_mask',
and 'Save as' nodif_mask. After I open the saved file nodif_mask,
there is no any image. Could you please help me to find which step is not
right?
Many thanks
