Dear FSL users
Heidi Johansen-Berg and myself have recently done some work on
investigating thalamocortical connectivity with diffusion imaging.
This has now got to a stage where we have produced an MNI space
population-based probabilistic atlas of the human thalamus reporting the
major cortical connections of every location in thalamus.
There is now a simple web interface to this atlas at
http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/connect/
where you can simply put in the coordinate for your thalamic activation in
MNI space, and it will report the estimated cortical connectivity of this
location.
The web page also has explanation/references etc..
I hope people will find this useful - We would be grateful for any
comments
Thanks very much
Tim
