Thank you Christian for the suggestion. I had run avwhd before I had sent out my SOS, but I did
not know what to look for. The data_type was "dsr".
I then ran the slices command you suggested and this was more informative :
>./slices ../../mriImages/test1
Unknown data type of 132
AvwGetDataType: unkown datatype in header file!: Bad file descriptor
Avwread: DT 132 not supportedÆ: Bad file descriptor
Unknown data type of 132
AvwGetDataType: unkown datatype in header file!: Bad file descriptor
WARNING: input image is empty
Any suggestions on how I can convert this to a datatype that is recognized by the avwutils?
Thank you once again.
