Michael,
melodic_mix contains time series of length 144 while the original data
is of length 149 - you have removed the first 5 vols from the analysis.
If you use fmrib.ica/filtered_func_data all should be well (or use
'avwroi fmrib.hdr new_fmrib 4 144' first)
