I've found a work-around for loading an existing design.fsf file.
Navigate to and click on the design file you want to load -- then, while
still in the "Load FEAT setup" dialog, delete the drive and folder details
from the "Selection" text box. Click on OK. I've attached a file with
some screen shots.
In general, it looks like the entire problem with the double path
specification could be solved is the "Selection" text box was only loaded
with the selected file and not the entire path to it.

Subject: Re: [FSL] fsl on cygwin
Hi Andreas,
Actually all 3 issues are part of the same thing, which is that FSL for
windows was configured to work on a simple partition (etc) setup like you
get with a simple standard windows installation. There are various strange
interactions eg between TCL and windows that breaks things like the file
select pathnames when you have certain differences from what we had when
we set it up. WRT internet explorer, annoyingly windows has a _different_
pathname for internet explorer when you have a different language selected
when you install windows....but FSL help should just call IE.
So - there must be a more robust way of setting all these things - any
input from Windows gurus would be appreciated, and we'll try to include
such changes in the new release.
Cheers.

'E:\cygwin\usr\local' but it is very annoying and is does not seem to work
for loading any *.fsf files (i.e., these turned out unloadable via the GUI).

other partitions?
