Hi - let's clarify what step's we're talking about here - sorry if there's
been any confusion!
If you want to redo stats and post-stats, you can re-use data that has
already had all the "pre-stats" done, by starting a fresh FEAT GUI,
turning off the pre-stats with the top-right menu, and then selecting
filtered_func_data from inside the old FEAT directory.
Because the input to this FEAT run is _data_ and not a FEAT _directory_,
this FEAT run doesn't know about the old registration. I'm afraid you'll
need to run the registration for this analysis as if from scratch (or else
copy in the /reg files in by hand later but then you won't get
standard-space web reporting for this first-level analysis).
One final tweak on the above: if you wanted to save the hassle of
re-setting up the stats design (ie load in the old one and then make a
minor change), then:
- Start the GUI and Load the old design.fsf
- Change the top-right option
- Select the input data to the old filtered data
This should also have the advantage of setting up the old registration
options for you to get re-run.
Cheers, Steve.
