Thanks for your scripts. These look like exactly what we were looking for.
With a few simple modifications we got the initial conversion working under
Windows.
However, the script fails when it attempts to run the function "read_avw".
Can you send a copy of this .m file? We looked in FSL, SPM2 and the
mri_toolbox, and could not find an exact match (looks like it is similar to
SPM's spm_read_hdr and mri_toolbox's avw_read, but identical to neither).
After we get the whole script running, we can post a revised version that
will run in Unix or Windows.
