Does the '-r' flag have a different function in the new version of avwcreatehd (as part of FSL 3.2)?
In the past, I was able to use the '-r' flag to reverse the byte order of the HDR file, so that it would
match my IMG file. However, now avwcreatehd creates the same file whether or not '-r' is
specified. For example,
avwcreatehd 10 10 10 10 2 2 2 2 0 0 0 4 test_nr.hdr
... and ...
avwcreatehd 10 10 10 10 2 2 2 2 0 0 0 4 test_r.hdr -r
produce the same file (according to 'diff'). In FSLView (having changed the name of my IMG file to
match these HDR files), both yield the same image: an image which apparently has the incorrect
byte order.
What am I doing wrong? Thanks.
