Hi - it sounds like you are simply registering a lowres functional to a
highres structural, and that the registration is failing. Are they similar
field of view? Have you tried changing the serach option to "already
aligned (no search)"? If you can't get it to work, maybe put the images on
a web/ftp site and we'll take a look.
