Hi,
At the moment there is no direct save option for 2D images
from fslview. However, you can either do a screen grab
to get the images or:
overlay can generate a color overlay image (again saved as volumetric
image data)
slicer can take any volumetric data set and create PNG images, e.g.
slicer infile -A 900 out.png
creates a png file of ~900 pixels width which contains all axial slices
from infile in lightbox view. If infile is a color overlay (created
from overlay) this can be a background image in b/w and red-yellow
blobs on top. Call overlay and/or slicer for more info on how to use
them.
Finally, you can also convert the image back to Analyze if
you want to use another program. The command to do this is:
avwchfiletype ANALYZE <filename>
All the best,
Mark
